Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies

Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup  butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed light-brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups  chocolate chips                                                                                                                                              Method:                                                                                                              1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees check no other cooking tins or pans are left in the oven. Grease a cooking tray. In a small bowl combine flour and baking soda and set it aside. In a large bowl cream  the butter and brown sugar as well as the white sugar with an eletric mixer until light and fluffy. Take the mixer off power and add vinilla, eggs, and salt. Mix it all in. Add dry mixture  and chocolate chips mix until a dough.                                                                                                                                                                   2. Make small balls with the dough about 5cm tall and 4cm tall, place them 2cm apart on greased tray.                                                                                                                                                  3. Put trays with cookie dough on them in the oven cook for 8-10 mins or until hard on outside.                                                                                                                                               ENJOY!
